This AFFILIATE AGREEMENT is a legally agreement describing the relationship between you and ZanCash.com. By signing up with our program you acknowledge that you are at least 18 years of age and you have read, understand and agree to all of the terms and conditions in this agreement.

A. PARTICIPATION
1. You must be at least 18 years of age or of the legal age in your jurisdiction to join our sites or promote them.
2. One account per individual is allowed.
3. Please submit an application with valid information via this program.
4. Do not alter the link codes.
5. Do not attempt to alter or cheat the program.

B. COPYRIGHTS
You may use our site names and trade marks to promote our sites on your websites through the promotion materials that we provide to you. You must however not register domain names that include our site names and trade marks, you must not use parts of our websites for your own designs and you must not create websites that, in any way, indicate or suggest that your website is in any way associated with us or any of our sites. Failure to comply with this rule will result in your account being blocked and all payouts voided. If you are in doubt please contact us for approval.

C. 2257
All our contents are 2257 compliant with the custodian of records information for content listed as required by law. You may not advertise and/or send traffic from any site containing child pornography or material that is not compliant to 18 USC 2257.

D. SPAM
To promote any of the sites included in this program is strictly not permitted. Any account caught sending spam email will have their account terminated.

E. REDIRECTED TRAFFIC
We don't redirect and block any traffic from any region.

F. COMMISSIONS
We reserve the right to change commission rates with or without notice to the affiliates

G. PAYOUTS
We don't manage the payouts. CCBill will handle all.

H. TERMINATION
We reserve the rights to refuse your participation for using illegal content or any reasons cause damages to this program.
